This is the Terms of Use for librilabs.com. The site is non-transactional — you come here to read — so these terms stay short and cover the basics: who owns the content, what we don't warrant, where disputes go, and how to reach us.

librilabs.com is a non-transactional content site operated by LibriLabs LLC. No accounts, no commerce, no user-generated content — you come here to read, and these terms govern that reading relationship and nothing more. Any future commercial surface (a product checkout, a paid feature) would carry its own additional terms; these are the baseline.
Who owns the content.
LibriLabs LLC owns the copyright in all original content on librilabs.com — writing, manifesto, product descriptions, imagery, and any code samples authored by us — unless a passage is explicitly marked otherwise. Quoting for commentary, review, or scholarship under fair use is welcome; bulk republication, mirroring, or training-corpus extraction is not. LibriLabs LLC is not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from use of or reliance on the site or its content. The site is non-transactional: there is no purchase, no service contract, no SLA, and the disclaimer matches that posture. Governing law and venue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida are the exclusive venue for any dispute. This tracks the controller location — LibriLabs LLC is a Florida LLC, with address details on the /legal/company page.
Changes and contact.
